Trouble-Free Guarantee

If you have a problem that was not already diagnosed during your preventative maintenance service,  and it’s in the same heating or cooling season, there will be no diagnostic trip charge to return.  To maxamize your guarantee warranty – be sure to schedule your cleaning at the beginning of each season.

Warranty Validation

Some manufacturers require annual maintenance on your HVAC system and will void your warranty if you have not had them performed.  Regular maintenance is necessary to keep your unit running at peak performance, and in some cases failure to perform these services can cause parts to malfunction, this is why some manufacturers will void your warranty for failure to perform routine maintenance.  For more information about your warranty see your system’s owner manual or you can contact us at (931) 647-8525 and our customer service staff will be happy to assist you.

24-Hour Service

Our service department never closes. We are available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week when you need us most.

Priority Service

We stand behind our work.  That’s why we treat our warranty customers with top priority.  Ever get great service from a company as long as you are paying for it, but then as soon as there is a warranty problem you can’t get them back at your house?  Not with us!  We take pride in our work and treat every customer as our top customer.  If you have a problem with your unit while it is under any of our warranties, your call will take priority.  We realize that customer satisfaction doesn’t end with the first paying service and we want our customers for life.

Automatic Reminders

We will automatically send a post card to you as a reminder that it is time for your next preventative maintenance service.  Naturally you are always free to cancel our service at any time with no penalty.  We do not request payment until service is rendered.
