Have been using Action Air since we bought our house in August 2002. We have them do our spring/fall checkups since than. We did have a few smaller issues throughout the years….like no heat in the middle of the night (they came right over to make sure we had heat for the rest of the night) or no AC in 105 degree weather….So this year we had to bite the bullet and buy a new AC. Since our unit was 10 years old we decided to get a new Air/Heat unit put in. From the get go everything went very smooth. Everybody is very professional and knowledgable about their products and everybody we’ve met over the years has been extremely friendly and helpful.
Luke came over right away and showed us the different options without putting any pressure on buying a new unit. Bill and his co-worker put the new unit in the next day. Everybody has always been very nice to us. I will definitely (and already have) recommend this company!! I had my unit serviced today by Matthew! He was fast, professional and courteous.
I will forever recommend Action Air!
