Satisfied would be an understatement! The tech that came out to service our unit was Amazing! Mr. Tim Wilkerson was not only knowledgeable and efficient but this man is genuinely kind! He showed my fur babies and godson so much patience and kindness, answered all of my questions pertaining to the unit and the profession in general, and was extremely respectful of our home!
