For 30 years, Best of Clarksville has brought local businesses, organizations and residents together to celebrate the community we all call home.
But what makes the event especially meaningful is that it goes beyond recognizing local businesses. It’s also about giving back.
Over the years, Best of Clarksville has helped support local nonprofit organizations doing important work throughout our community, making the event a celebration of not only what makes Clarksville a great place to live and work, but also the people and organizations working to make it even better.
That commitment to community is one of the reasons Best of Clarksville means so much to Action Air. For 16 consecutive years, we’ve been honored as the Best HVAC Company in Best of Clarksville, and next week, we’re excited to find out if we’ll make it 17 years in a row!
We’re incredibly grateful for that recognition, but what makes it truly meaningful is the Clarksville community behind it. The same community that has supported Action Air for decades is also at the heart of an event that continues to give back year after year.
Celebrating Clarksville While Giving Back
Best of Clarksville is more than an awards event. It is a nonprofit fundraiser, with 100% of event proceeds staying in Clarksville and benefiting local nonprofit organizations.
Over the years, the event has helped support numerous organizations making a difference throughout our community. Each year, local nonprofits have the opportunity to apply to become beneficiaries, turning a celebration of Clarksville businesses into an opportunity to support the people and organizations working to make our community stronger.
In 2026, for their 30th anniversary, Best of Clarksville is supporting the Montgomery County Angel Fund, F.U.E.L. Ministries, and Armed Services YMCA Fort Campbell.
That community-focused mission is one of the reasons being part of Best of Clarksville has always meant so much to the Action Air team.
A Commitment to the Community We Call Home
Action Air has served Clarksville since 1979, and we believe being a local business means more than simply providing a service. It means being invested in the community and the people who call it home.
Through our Action Cares initiatives, we support local organizations and causes throughout the year. Our team and customers have helped raise funds for organizations including the Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee, Humane Society of Clarksville-Montgomery County, YMCA After Breast Cancer Program, Alzheimer’s Association, and YAIPak Outreach.
In many cases, our customers are part of that giving, too. During designated months, Action Air donates a portion of each service call to a local organization. Every appointment during those campaigns helps us give a little more back to the community that has supported Action Air for so many years.
It’s one of the reasons Best of Clarksville feels like such a natural fit for our company. The event celebrates local businesses while using that celebration to make a difference right here at home.
16 Years We Don’t Take for Granted
Being voted Best HVAC Company for 16 consecutive years is an incredible honor. But to us, those 16 years represent much more than 16 awards.
They represent thousands of customers who have trusted Action Air with their homes and businesses. They represent neighbors who have recommended us to their friends and families. And they represent a community that has continued to support our team year after year.
For us, serving Clarksville has always been about more than heating and cooling. It’s about showing up when our neighbors need us, providing dependable service and treating our customers like members of the Action Air family.

This year’s Best of Clarksville celebration will take place Thursday, October 1st, at Governor’s Square Mall. We’re looking forward to another great evening celebrating the businesses, organizations and people who make our community so special.
