I want to give a shout out to Lance and the ladies who answer the phones Action Air for their professionalism and excellent customer service. They were so patient with answering my questions, and I had a lot. Lance was always on time, and even gave courtesy calls when he was 30 minutes out. He was very thorough with his work. I will definitely recommend Action Air if you are having HVAC issues. A+!

Cam was my technician today for my tune up, and boy am I pleased! He was very friendly, he spoke to me and gave me tips and tricks, did a very professional job! He was fast and prompt and I will be asking for him every single time I need service or a tune up from now on! That was probably the best experience I’ve had with a service technician, I can’t say enough good things! I love action air!

Lance was amazing!! He came out, found the problem within the first 5 minutes of being here and fixed what he saw. Went into the crawl space, found another issue and called out another person for that problem. Lance was VERY professional, informative, and knew what he was doing!!
