Heating and Air Residential Services

At Action Air Conditioning, our expert service technicians can perform tune-ups and repairs on all makes and models of residential heating and cooling units. In addition, we also repair geo-thermal units and can perform duct cleaning, duct sealing, and ductwork repairs.

We offer programmable ‘smart’ thermostats, split systems, condensing units, dehumidifiers, and ductless mini split systems. In addition, count on Action Air for all of your dehumidifier, humidifier, air filtration systems, and UV lights.

Residential HVAC Preventative Maintenance Program

Most manufacturers recommend having your system serviced twice a year. Your warranty could be voided if your system is not serviced at least once per year. With Action Air’s preventative maintenance program, you home’s HVAC will keep you comfortable for many years to come.

When you sign up for Action Air’s Residential Preventative Maintenance Program, here is what you can expect to receive:

• Friendly reminders sent automatically twice per year when it is time to schedule your next preventative maintenance
• No upfront or monthly payments
• No contracts or commitments
• Preferred customer-priority dispatching
• Seasonal warranty – no diagnostic fee charged in the same season the preventative maintenance was performed if your unit does experience problems.

*any recommended repairs made at time of cleaning must hav been made to receive warranty.

Residential HVAC Warranties

At Action Air we offer a 1 year part and labor warranty for any part that we replace. If the same part goes bad in under a year we will replace it at no charge! When we install your home’s new unit, we offer a 10 year part and 2 year labor warranty on most systems. Additional 10 year labor warranty available on most system replacements, additional terms apply.

If we perform a spring or fall preventative maintenance, and you have a problem during that season, there will be no diagnostic fee.
