Lance did our winter service and, as usual, Action Air delivered timely and expert service at a reasonable price. We’re glad to have a service provider that does everything as agreed with no unpleasant surprises.

Action Air was quick to respond and set up an appointment when we needed help. The tech was knowledgeable and took the time to explain in detail what he was checking and what he was seeing. He resolved our issue quickly and the house is cooling down. Will definitely use them in the future!

Action Air was recommended by friends when we moved here 3 years ago. We have used their services ever since for existing maintenance and had a new unit installed last year. Make this company your only call for HVAC services. Amazing, reliable, trustworthy, well trained team of professionals!

Matthew Daniel was amazing! He explained and showed me everything that was wrong. He was committed to finding the root of the problem unlike another well known company I had 2 weeks before them. Highly recommend.

The main AC terminal and electrical capacitor was replaced during the annual service. I feel so relieved my AC unit is up and working properly with no issues. Mr. Tim Wilkerson is very professional and did and outstanding job.

I want to give a shout out to Lance and the ladies who answer the phones Action Air for their professionalism and excellent customer service. They were so patient with answering my questions, and I had a lot. Lance was always on time, and even gave courtesy calls when he was 30 minutes out. He was very thorough with his work. I will definitely recommend Action Air if you are having HVAC issues. A+!
