I have used Action Air since purchasing my house. They are always on-time, professional, and competent. Tim came today and, as usual, did a great job.
Action Air was quick to respond and set up an appointment when we needed help. The tech was knowledgeable and took the time to explain in detail what he was checking and what he was seeing. He resolved our issue quickly and the house is cooling down. Will definitely use them in the future!

The main AC terminal and electrical capacitor was replaced during the annual service. I feel so relieved my AC unit is up and working properly with no issues. Mr. Tim Wilkerson is very professional and did and outstanding job.
I want to give a shout out to Lance and the ladies who answer the phones Action Air for their professionalism and excellent customer service. They were so patient with answering my questions, and I had a lot. Lance was always on time, and even gave courtesy calls when he was 30 minutes out. He was very thorough with his work. I will definitely recommend Action Air if you are having HVAC issues. A+!

Cam was my technician today for my tune up, and boy am I pleased! He was very friendly, he spoke to me and gave me tips and tricks, did a very professional job! He was fast and prompt and I will be asking for him every single time I need service or a tune up from now on! That was probably the best experience I’ve had with a service technician, I can’t say enough good things! I love action air!
Lance was amazing!! He came out, found the problem within the first 5 minutes of being here and fixed what he saw. Went into the crawl space, found another issue and called out another person for that problem. Lance was VERY professional, informative, and knew what he was doing!! If you ever need them, request Lance!!
